8. Modifications of a toroidal embedding and polyhedral complex decompositions (02.06.15).

Aim of the talk: Show that allowable modifications of a fixed toroidal embedding correspond to decompositions of the corresponding conical polyhedral complex.

Details: II, §2 give Definition 1, Theorem 1*, 3*, 4*, Definition 2 and 3 and Theorem 6*, 7*, 8*. Skip all the proofs, but point out the analogy of the *-Theorems with their non-*ed counterparts in I,§2 (which we discussed in the talks 2,3,4).
